Team Member Mark Allen

Mark Allen, 39 years young and clinging to my Thirties just.   Originally from Liverpool but living down in Dorset and have been a Royal Marine for 21 years.   I had a BKA (Below Knee Amputation) in September 2010.   The Ironman competition has been an ideal goal to aim for, while rehabilitating at Headley Court.   Originally had aspirations to complete in all three events, but due to not being able to run yet, that plan had to be scrapped this year, so only doing the swim and cycle.
