My name is Charlie and I am one of the Complex Trauma Physios at Headley Court. Having previously completed IM Wales in 2011 and IM Lanzarote in 2010 I would like to add my ‘expertise’ to those also wanting to achieve this fantastic goal, as from personal experience you come out the other side a very different creature from the one that went in and all of it positive. Good luck and hard work to all those aiming for this target, there is no way that Ironman has become the new marathon, it is a world away from a mere 42km run. To put the peices together and to become an Ironman is a special achievement. As an aside I have never done anything for charity, not least ones as worthy as TTS are supporting, so it is about time I changed that.
